Sales Account Executive

Our organization is looking for a bright, motivated and high-performing Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive at Pearl, you’ll primarily be responsible for managing and closing opportunities within the group dentistry (DSO) market. This is not entry level. We are only considering mature, accountable and ambitious candidates who have a track record of success.


  • Exceed activity, pipeline and revenue goals on a quarterly basis
  • Continually build pipeline of new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
  • Become an expert on Pearl’s AI offerings and conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos with prospects and customers
  • Develop and manage relationships with prospects and accounts in the dental industry and specifically the DSO market
  • Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps and forecasting in Hubspot


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience selling to Director/VP/C-level leaders
  • 3+ years of software/SaaS selling experience; dental market experience a plus
  • Proven closer. Track record of success and history of exceeding quota
  • Strong recommendations from previous managers and clients
  • Technically savvy; at least a general understanding of AI and SaaS related technology and sales cycles
  • Proficiency using CRM (preferably Hubspot)
  • Skilled in virtual presentations, online web demos, remote sales processes
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
